Site map and content structure

Every page, and the rules they follow.

Twelve pages in four groups. Below the map are the conventions that keep them consistent, so the next page anyone builds arrives looking like the rest.

The page template

Same eight beats, every page.

A visitor who lands deep in the site from search should recognize where they are within one screen. The order below is what makes that true, and it is the order every page already uses.

Content rules

The decisions that already got made.

Each of these came out of a specific problem on a specific page. Worth re-litigating in the room, but worth knowing they were deliberate.

How the site grows

New content goes in a section bar, not the top nav.

The global nav holds four items and is full. Anything new belongs to an existing group, and appears in that group's second-level bar — the way the AI Agent sits under Business Phone. Adding a fifth top-level item means something else moves into a dropdown.
